WHAT ARE YOUR GUARANTEES?
We don't guarantee job placement, however, we guarantee that your resume will pass the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) scan. We also guarantee that you will receive your resume within 3-7 business days.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY RESUME?
Once we have your order form, payment, signed terms and conditions, and/or copy of your current resume, it will take 5-7 business days to complete the first draft of your resume.
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR REVISIONS? WILL THERE BE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES FOR IT?
No. We offer free minor revisions in order to maintain the quality of the resume content within 30 days of you receiving your final resume. After 30 days, you'll be charged a fee of $50. There are no hidden fees. All fees will be communicated to you upfront.
AM I SIGNING A CONTRACT?
No, you're not signing a contract. However, we ask that every client we service sign our terms and conditions document to protect both parties and to ensure we're transparent about our policies, process and procedures. This document is signed before you remit payment of any sort.
HOW TO REQUEST A RESUME REVISION?
There are two ways to request a resume revision, go to our website, click on Client Area > Resume Revisions and enter the required information. The second way is to email us at info@onesourceresume.com, in which you will receive an automatic reply with instructions.
